Mineral Air Experts’ Personal Goals Forecast for 2022

As Part II of our annual year-end forecast roundup, we’re asking some of our favorite experts what their personal beauty and wellness goals are for next year. For them, what’s under the surface (both physically and metaphorically) is as important as what’s visible to the naked eye.
Back to whole being circa 2019
I have already swapped sneakers and scrubs for heels and dresses at my office. Besides redirecting attention back to my body's appearance, I will be focusing on my whole being. My goals are to eat less "comforting" junk food and getting back to 2019 levels of clean eating and exercise.

Time and body
I shall be taking more time to meditate and spend more time outdoors. And I want to try all the amazing new body treatments out there too.

All in good time
Time management is my goal in the New Year. At work as an aesthetics spa owner this means balancing client time with admin, all the while learning new treatments to maintain my love for my profession. In my personal life, staying physically and mentally healthy by making sure I set time aside for shopping and preparing healthy meals, exercise, time with friends and family and travel (both near and far.)

Managing the microbiome
I will be looking closely at the microbiome of my skin and take into account environment, pollution, seasonal changes and age. This will help me pinpoint optimal skin care for myself as we move into the future.

Partnering with the environment
I’m continuing to focus on creating as little impact on the environment as possible and, on a personal level, lots of facial massage and regular exercise.

Good colorful diet
A good rule for me will be to choose a variety of produce all along the color spectrum. This plan is nutritious and looks beautiful on the plate. I’ll be eating a mix of primary (red, yellow, blue) and secondary (green, purple, orange) colors of food (though I stay away from night shades due to sensitivities). As to beauty, and I won’t avoid applying foundation because it’s too much trouble. I’ve got Mineral Air now and can do it in seconds.

Personal resolution is the solution
“I want to age with grace yet always feel fresh and vibrant. I will do my research then pick and choose what hair, skin, body and health products work best for me personally. Today’s health and beauty are not one-size-fits-all propositions but rather ‘what-size-best-fits-me?’
