MINERAL AIR PRO MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT AND BENEFITS POLICY - US
Eligibility
You must be a make-up accredited Professional who has become a member of Mineral Air PRO (a “Mineral Air PRO Member”). In order to become a Mineral Air PRO Member, you must be able to fulfill the PRO Requirements outlined below. Becoming a Mineral Air PRO Member is currently free of charge, but this may change. Only you are eligible for this PRO discount. PRO discounts may not be shared with others under any circumstances. YA-MAN U.S.A. LTD reserves the right to verify your continued eligibility and may amend the PRO Requirements at any time.
Professional Level Requirements
In order to qualify, you must provide a Photo ID (Driver’s License or Passport) and two of the following items.
- Valid Hair or Makeup Union Card
- Tear Sheet with Name Credit
- Agency Comp Card
- Film or Commercial Call Sheet
- Professional Website with Portfolio
- Valid Cosmetology or Aesthetician License
- Letter of Employment or Business License
Please note, Business Cards and other PRO Membership Cards do not qualify as a required document.
Due to the high volume of applications, we will not consider applications that do not comply with the requirements outlined in the application and set out in the terms and conditions. We will of course do our best to respond to all unsuccessful applicants; however, if you do not hear from us within 14 business days, please assume your application was not approved.
The Benefits
As a Mineral Air PRO Member, you will be able to enjoy (i) the Discount, (ii) communications about the Products including helpful tips and techniques, and (iii) invitations to any PRO master classes and events (the “Events”) that we hold.
We cannot guarantee that any Events will be held while you are Mineral Air PRO Member. An invitation to an Event is not guaranteed entry as (i) space may be limited and (ii) you might have to purchase a ticket.
The Products
Your discount applies to all Products available to purchase on the US Website except for the following: (a) Products that are already discounted or on offer; and (b) Any other exclusions that may apply from time to time, (the “Products”)
The Discount
The discount entitles you to up to 30% off Products (the “Discount”) purchased online via the Mineral Air US website: www.MineralAir.com only. The Discount may apply to the Events.
The Limit
The Discount can be used to purchase the Products up to a maximum annual limit of $3,000 (three thousand USD). This is the post-discount value. Should you exceed this limit the Discount will no longer apply to the Products.
Re-Sell
Products purchased by you using the Discount are for your personal use and professional services only and may not be resold under any circumstances. If we become aware that you are re-selling the Products we reserve the right to revoke the Discount with immediate effect. We also respectfully point out the damaging effect this could have on our relationship going forward.
Shipping and Returns
The Discount does not apply to any shipping costs. All other purchase terms and conditions and terms of use of the US Website are available.

Mineral Air reserves the right to modify the terms of this Mineral Air PRO Membership Discount Program at any time, without prior notice, and communicate any changes to you via an email. Mineral Air reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Discount at any stage without prior notice.
